SHIPPING POLICY

We know you are super excited to receive your new products, so with this in mind we endeavour to dispatch your items within 24-48 hours (during business days Monday - Friday) of receiving your order. Dependent on location, most delivery times will take an additional 3-7 business days until you have them in your hands!

We offer a flat rate $10 standard shipping fee for all domestic orders.

​

Express shipping is also available for a flat fee of $15 Australia wide.

​

We currently are only offering shipping Australia wide.

During this busy Christmas time our Elvie & Co. team will be working hard to get your orders out just as quick as Santa's little helpers! However, to avoid disappointment we suggest you place your orders before the below cut-off dates to ensure you get these beauties in your hands on time:

Local Pick Up

We know some of you may want your pretty little items even quicker, so we also offer our customers the option of TWO free pick-up locations, including from Potts Hill and Strathfield, Sydney NSW. If you choose this option at checkout, once your purchase has been confirmed we will contact you via email directly to confirm preferred pick-up dates and times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Elvie & Co. we want to make sure that you love our products as much as we do! Although we understand that sometimes some things just aren't perfect for everyone, due to the nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

​

However, if you believe your product may be faulty we will happily offer a free replacement item within 3 months of the initial purchase. 

Please contact us directly at elvieandco@outlook.com with your contact details, initial proof of purchase receipt, as well as any pictures or information regarding your faulty product. We will ensure to get back in contact with you as soon as possible.
