What are your products made of & are they safe?
Yes, yes and yes! Just like safety comes first with my little ones, rest assureed we have carefully designed and worked with suppliers to bring you tableware & accessories that are produced from FDA Approved, 100% Food-Grade Silicone ... only the safest & highest quality for your little ones too.
Safety always comes first here at Elvie & Co. so there are no hidden nasties in any of our products, being free from BPA, lead, phthalates & PVC!
How long until I receive my order?
We know you want your pretty new purchase in your hands as soon as possible, so that's why we will dispatch your product within 24 hours of purchase (Monday - Friday).

Why do my products have a soapy taste at times or have an oil residue?
Rest assured mumma this is totally normal and not permanent! Certain foods such as oily sauces can at times start to stick to your Silicone feeding products & build up what appears to be an oily residue - we promise this is totally easy to clean & to get your bowls and plates back to their original conditions.

That's why it is important from time to time to clean & soak your bubs tableware with some vinegar, bicarbonate soda, or even fresh lemon or lime juice. It's also important to not clean your Elvie products with any harsh washing detergents that contain essential oils or moisturizers - these can also create that oil residue and give your bub that yucky taste!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are only currently shipping within Australia - but Australia wide we got you!
Are your products microwave & dishwasher safe?
They sure are! All our Eat & Drink products including our range of cups, bowls, plates, snack cups & cutlery are all dishwasher safe - recommended on the top rack!

And to save you that extra meal prep time too, our cups, bowls and plates are also microwave safe too ... so not only will you save mess time, but also no more double handling of plates when prepping bubs food, and less clean up time too. We got your back mummas!
Is gift boxing an option?
We like to make things as easy and simple as possible for all you busy mummas out there - so of course the answer is YES!

It really is as simple as selecting a bundle you like from our Bundle & Save collection; or if you'd like to select your own custom bundle just go ahead and add away to your cart. Once you are done don't forget to also add a gift box to your cart along with your special message - oh and make sure you input your new mummas address who will be receiving your special gift and leave the rest to us ... we will make sure your hand picked gift box is beautifully wrapped, along with a printed card & sent straight to that new mum and bub! So who said picking, buying and sending a baby gift was hard work?
